Booking Form
3 options are available to you:
NB If booking and paying for a ‘full package’ or ‘part package’, then please confirm the total amount before proceeding to Booking. For ‘Instruction only’ bookings: costs as given in the relevant ‘Trip Details’.
1. On-line Booking Form
On completion of the Booking Form you will given payment options:
Either on-line using your credit or debit card (via the Sapepay secure payment facility).
Or alternatively by cheque, bank transfer or Paypal (full information on the Booking Form).

2. Off-line Booking Form
This can be downloaded here, printed and then completed by hand.
On completion you will need to send the form to us by post along with your payment.

3. Booking Form by Post
If you do not have access to a printer we can post a paper version of the Booking Form to you for completion. Please contact us by e-mail or phone (01248 810337) to request this.
NB When you ‘sign’ (on-line, by selecting the relevant box, or off-line, by hand-written signature) the Booking Form this confirms that you (and any others included in your booking) have read, understood and are agreeing to The Telemark Ski Company Booking Conditions.
With your completed Booking Form remember to include your payment or payment option and proof of your insurance.
